You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • 30 Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
  • Conditions: All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free of damage(used items are not eligible).
  • Shipping: Free return shipping for defective products. For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping costs (please include your order number with the package).
  • Refund Time: Full refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after we receive the returned item.

2. Exchange

  • Free Replacement: If your product has a manufacturing defect(e.g., light not working) within 2 year and shows no human-caused damage, we offer a free replacement.
  • Shipping: Free return shipping for defective items. For non-defective exchanges, buyers pay return shipping (please include your order number with the package).
  • Exchange Time: Replacements will be processed within 2-4 business days after we receive the returned item.
