1. What payment methods do you accept?

If your order have not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at sales6@shonelighting.com. We’ll reply within 24 business hours and do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before fulfillment begins.

3. How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you haven’t received an email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Why was my payment declined?

Payment failures can happen for several reasons - such as incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or security checks from your bank. Please try again with accurate details, or contact your card provider if the issue continues.

5. Where can I find my order status ortracking info?

Product Installation & Use

1. How do I install SHONE solar lights?

Our lights are designed for easy installation. For most models, simply apply waterproof silicone adhesive to the base and press the light into place. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before installation. No wiring is needed.You can visit here to watch installation video.

2. Can I screw the solar lights into place instead of using adhesive?

Yes. Some models come with pre-drilled holes for screw mounting if you prefer extra stability. Screws may be included in the package, or you can use your own depending on the surface type.

3. Do the lights need direct sunlight to charge?

Yes. Please ensure the lights are turned on and charged under the sunlight before use.

4. How long will the lights stay on at night?

Once fully charged, most SHONE solar lights will automatically turn on at dusk and stay lit for 8–12 hours, depending on the model and recent sunlight conditions.

5. Are SHONE solar lights waterproof and safe for pool areas?

Yes, the IP (Ingress Protection) rating of our solar lights indicates their level of protection against solid particles and moisture. Below is a detailed explanation of what each grade represents:

  • IP65: Protected against water jets (rain, wet weather).
  • IP66: Protected against powerful water jets (heavy rain, hosing down).
  • IP67: Protected against temporary immersion (up to 1m for 30 minutes).
  • IP68: Protected against continuous submersion (depth and time specified by manufacturer).

6. Can the lights withstand weight from cars or foot traffic?

Yes. Our paver lights, deck lights and ground lights are made from high-strength materials. They are designed to resist pressure and are safe for both foot traffic and vehicle drive-overs up to 2-ton.

7. Do any of the lights have remote control or color options?

Yes. Some models feature RGBW lighting and come with a remote to switch colors or adjust brightness. Check the product details on the listing to confirm compatibility.
