Fantastic lights! These are slim, bright, and lightweight.I do have some outdoor steps, but I wanted to try these in a different space...specifically indoors to see if the sparse daytime light would help automatically illuminate a dark room. And they do!Each light is 13.2 inches long, so side by side they are just shy of 26.5 inches, this is a perfect fit for one of my windows. Said window is in a dark room that only receives a sliver of direct sunlight each morning. The incoming light from the windows is otherwise indirect and reflecting from other parts of the house. That room already has a motion sensor lamp and a smart bulb programmed to mimic daylight, but the room still has a dark corner.Since these LED solar strips are lightweight, I was testing the fit with painters tape. To my surprise the pair of lights are plenty secure with just tape. Their current placement is between the glass and the shade, because I wanted the window itself to be a source of ambient light since it isn't positioned to actually receive light when I want it. These LEDs definitely bring light into an otherwise dark space.Color-wise it claims to be "warm white 3000K," but 3000K is only warm for halogens; otherwise 3000K is considered bright white. This isn't a big deal because they're away from other warmer solar lights, and they match each other. Each light comes with two adhesive rectangles for the intended mounting style. Maybe one day I will mount them outdoors as intended, but until then, I would rather keep them indoors to brighten up my cave of an office.Since they're solar I don't need to do anything to turn them on at night, and since the bulbs are LED they are bright and don't emit heat. I kind of want to line all of my windows with these, but I would prefer a warmer yellow closer to a candlelight 1800K. Still a five-star product for the construction and luminosity! I'll just keep checking in to see if SHONELIGHTING offers a lower Kelvin version next time I'm shopping for lighting.

They feel solid, durable, and much better made than flexible solar strip lights. The rigid housing keeps everything protected, while the slim profile allows the lights to blend neatly into the edge of a step without looking bulky.The solar panel stretches across nearly the entire upper surface of each light, giving it a large charging area for such a compact unit. Mine receive approximately four to five hours of strong, direct sunlight each day, and they charge quickly and perform very well after dark.The downward-facing LEDs provide excellent illumination for outdoor stairs. Rather than shining outward into your eyes, the light is concentrated on the step surface and edge where it is actually needed. The warm white color is pleasant and inviting, but still bright enough to make each step much easier to see.There are several possible ways to install them. I chose a simple method using only a few drops of outdoor silicone adhesive. I frequently power wash my steps, so this allows me to remove the lights when necessary and easily reattach them afterward. The lightweight, rigid design makes this approach work especially well.I also like that each light is a completely independent unit. There are no wires connecting the two bars, no separate solar panel to mount, and no complicated accessories to arrange. This pair of solar LED strip step lights are an amazing and a very innovative and unique design. They measure just over 13" in length x 2" wide x about 1/2" thick. They come with a small tube of silicone adhesive to stick them in place, and it holds well. They are bright enough to light the steps but not overbearing. They provide beautiful warm white lighting with stable and flicker free light. They have a built-in photocell sensor for automatic operation to turn on automatically at dusk and back off at dawn to charge. There are no wires to run or fish through the steps, so installation is very quick and easy. Just make sure the adhesive dries before having people use the steps. They are quality made with an aluminum housing for durability. The cost seems a bit pricey, but in my opinion, they are worth the money. These are awesome lights at an affordable cost, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

This is a heart set of Solar Powered LED strips for outdoor stairs! I love that these are super edgy up install-with glue provided for sticky backs, screws if desired for a permanent hold, and are meant for steps! That’s perfect as we all know dark stairs are so much more dangerous. I love these LED strips! The solar power is a plus as well/no batteries to replace or hardwiring to do—but you do need access to light-so any porch steps covered by awnings etc are less replenished with solar recharging. But the lights are bright and it’s a great way to add safety and style to your outer steps.

These lights are very easy to install. They come with double-sided tape already pre-installed. I added some 3M double decided tape along the back to reinforce what was already installed. The lights are very thin and don't pose a tripping hazard because of their small form factor. After charging out in the sunlight all day I'm not sure if they stayed on the entire night but at least for the first few hours I know they were on but I didn't check in the middle of the night. I'm going to buy me another pair of these because I'm so impressed with them.

I was looking for some strip lights for my front stairway and decided to give these a try. It comes with two lights and they feel sturdy and well made. It was very easy to install them, as they come with adhesive backings and also glue to secure them in place. They worked beautifully as shown in my photos and automatically lit up at night. I've monitored them for a few days now and have had no issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with these solar lights and would recommend them.

SHONELIGHTING Solar LED Strip Lughts earn four stars from me because although I appreciate their compact, innovative technology, as well as their performance, these are way too expensive for what you get.You get two well made ultra-thin solar hard strip waterproof lights (also available in a six pack) that glow warm white. These measure just 13.2" x 0.6" x 2" and can be used independently or together. They also come with an unlabeled adhesive and a sheet of instructions.These little rectangles have the solar panel, batteries and LED all built into the unit. They are a patent-pending modular and replaceable design, and I find them incredibly expensive, but their technology intrigues me. It's really nice not to have to attach these units to a separate solar panel. They look good.Upon receipt, I set them out in the sunlight just to test their abilities before landing on a final installation location. With 27 LED lights per bar, they have a warm white color temperature of 3000 Kelvin, which is considered the standard. After 8-10 hours of charging in direct sunlight, the built-in 1000mAh battery did last through a dusk to dawn illumination.I'm very into solar lighting, and as much as I like these modular lights, I'm still cringing a bit about how expensive they are.
